Navigation data
Browsing the website www.thebestskills.com involves PA360 knowing the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site.
These browsing data are processed by PA360 and its affiliated companies, are not disclosed or disseminated to third parties and are used solely for statistical analysis, in anonymous form.
Cookies are divided into:
Temporary or session cookies: they are used to store temporary information, allow to link actions performed during a specific session and are removed from the computer when the browser is closed. Session cookies are essential to distinguish between connected users and are useful to prevent a requested feature from being provided to the wrong user, as well as for security purposes to prevent cyber attacks on the site. Session cookies do not contain personal data and last only for the current session, i.e. until the browser is closed.
Persistent cookies: they are used to store information, such as the username and login password, to avoid having to re-enter it every time you visit the site. These remain stored on the computer even after closing the browser. By using the site, the visitor expressly consents to the use of cookies.
This website uses temporary cookies (deleted at the end of the connection) and permanent cookies (in which the server only recognizes that an anonymous and unidentified visitor has visited the site again) to facilitate navigation within the site, analyze traffic and highlight peculiar aspects of particular interest (course type, special offers, etc.).
Cookie
This site uses cookies, small text strings that allow you to store information about visitor preferences, to improve site functionality, to simplify navigation by automating procedures (e.g. login, language, etc.) and to analyze site usage.
A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from the user's hard drive or transmit computer viruses or acquire e-mail addresses.
Types of cookies
Below is a list of the types of cookies we use on our website, which is analyzed with a cookie scanning tool to keep the list as accurate as possible. We classify cookies into the following categories:
Necessary cookies: necessary cookies help make a website usable by enabling basic functions such as page navigation and access to protected areas. The website cannot function properly without these cookies.
Statistical cookies: with explicit informed consent from the data subject, they help understand how users interact with sites by collecting and transmitting information anonymously.
Marketing cookies: with explicit, informed consent from the data subject, they are used to track users on websites to display relevant, engaging ads to each user.
The user can manage, or request the general deactivation or deletion of cookies at any time by modifying their browser settings. However, this deactivation may slow down or prevent access to some parts of the site or make navigation less functional.
The settings to manage or disable cookies may vary depending on the browser used. To have more information on how to perform these operations, we suggest that the interested party consult the manual of their device or the "Help" or "Aid" function of their browser.
Cookies are linked to the browser used and can be disabled directly from the browser, thus refusing/revoking consent to the use of cookies. It is noted that disabling cookies may prevent the correct use of some functions of the site itself.
The instructions for disabling cookies can be found in the settings of the browser used.
Cookie consent is managed by a third party: CookieScript.
In this regard, it is specified that:
It is always possible to access the consent and make changes, not only from the cookie page, but also from a button at the bottom left always present on our website;
There is an 'x' on the banner corresponding to rejection;
It is possible to select which cookies to accept directly from the banner.
Third-party cookies
Cookies can be first or third party, where 'first party' means cookies that report the site as the domain, while 'third party' means cookies that are related to external domains.
Third-party cookies are necessarily installed by an external entity, always defined as "third party", not managed by our website.
These entities may eventually also install first-party cookies, saving their own cookies on the site's domain.
This website also acts as an intermediary for third-party cookies, used to provide additional services and features to visitors and to improve the use of the site itself, such as social buttons.
During navigation on the site, the user may therefore receive on their terminal also cookies that are sent by different sites or web servers (so-called "third parties"), on which some elements (e.g., images, specific links to pages of other domains, etc.) present on the site that they are visiting may reside. Each cookie contains various data such as, for example, IP address, nationality, city, date/time, device, browser, operating system, screen resolution, navigation origin, pages visited and number of pages, visit duration, number of visits made, etc. The data transfer agreement takes place directly between the user/visitor and the third parties, so the acquisition of consent for these cookies is, obviously, the responsibility of the third parties, while this site does not participate in any way in such transfer. As a result, the information on the use of these cookies and their purposes, as well as on the methods for their possible disablement, are governed by the rules established by the third parties themselves.
You are invited to review the information on the processing of personal data published on the web pages listed in the list of cookies used by this website.
The user can authorize or deny consent to the installation of cookies through the options provided in the "Cookie Management" section.
In particular, this site uses cookies from the following third parties:
Google (Google Analytics cookie): Google Analytics is a Google analysis tool that, through the use of cookies (performance cookies), collects anonymous browsing data to examine the site's usage by users, compile reports on site activities, and provide other information, including the number of visitors and pages visited, to improve the site's performance.
Microsoft Clarity: Microsoft's analysis tool that, through the use of cookies (performance cookies), collects anonymous browsing data to examine the site's usage by users, compile reports on site activities, and provide other information, including the number of visitors and pages visited, to improve the site's performance.
In the case of third-party cookies, the site does not have direct control over individual cookies and cannot control them (it cannot install or delete them directly).
